Your will template

Your will template

Your legacy

Your will regulates the distribution of your assets after your death. It is your personal instrument for making an impact beyond your lifetime. Do you want to make sure that your assets go to the people or organizations that are close to your heart? Take the first step and create your individual will template now.

Your impact

You decide what you want to leave to whom. The will template gives you the opportunity to present your personal situation online. You can create your will in just a few steps - completely anonymously and without obligation.

Use a will template

How should I proceed?

You will be guided step by step and at the end you will have the opportunity to download your personal will template.

Create a free will template
Create the will template based on your personal situation. Let the system calculate the compulsory portions and your free quota and decide who you would like to include in your will. To ensure that you have access to your document at all times, an account is automatically created for you to guarantee the protection of your data. You will receive all information on how to use the system by e-mail.
From the template to a valid will
In order for the document to be legally valid, it is essential that you copy the will template in full by hand (handwritten will) and add a date and your signature. The electronic template is not legally valid. If in doubt, consult a notary or lawyer.
Where do I leave my will?
Deposit the document with the relevant cantonal office, with a notary or lawyer you trust or in an easily accessible place in your home. You can amend your will at any time. Please note: The most recent (newest) will applies if it revokes or amends the content of earlier wills in whole or in part. Earlier wills may continue to apply in part if the new will does not completely replace them or refers to other matters. If in doubt, consult a notary or lawyer

“I recommend that anyone who believes that what the law provides for their personal situation in the event of death is not appropriate, i.e. does not correspond to their wishes, should draw up a will.”
